Global Interdependence and You

On Monday, November 14, the Centre for Global Studies (CfGS) is hosting “Global Interdependence and You: A Centre for Global Studies Symposium.” The event will kick off International Education Week here on campus

The event will run from 12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. It will start with a two-hour lecture event at the First People’s House. This will be followed by an open house at the Centre for Global Studies. Students, faculty, and staff, as well as the general community are all invited. At the open house, CFGS staff and researchers will be available to discuss their work, as well as potential opportunities to get involved with CFGS. Food and beverage will be provided.

It is a deeply personal account of high-performance athletic competition and the long journey to putting that experience in perspective.
